Round 4: Ch x2, then dc inc, dc x2 and repeat for the rest of the round. Then sl st to the first dc in the round (48).
Round 5: Ch x2, then dc inc, dc x3 and repeat for the rest of the round. Then sl st to the first dc in the round (60).
Round 6: Ch x2, then dc inc, dc x4 and repeat for the rest of the round. Then sl st to the first dc in the round (72).
Round 7: Ch x2, then dc inc, dc x5 and repeat for the rest of the round. Then sl st to the first dc in the round (84).

Round 9-10: Ch x2, then dc into every stitch in the round. Then sl st to the first dc in the round (96).
Round 11: Ch x3 (acts as a dc + a ch), then skip then next stitch space and make a dc in the following stitch. * Ch x1, skip a stitch and dc in the following stitch. Repeat from *, then ch x1 and sl st to the 2nd ch in the first ch x3 of the round. Then sl st to the 3rd ch so it looks like you are in between 2 dc stitches.
Round 12: Ch x3 (this should look like it's coming out from between 2 dc stitches from the round below). Then dc in the next ch - space from the last round. *ch x1 and dc in the following ch - space. Repeat * for the rest of the round. Then ch x1 and sl st to the 2nd ch to complete the round. And then sl st to the 3rd ch.
Round 13-23: Repeat round 12.
Round 24: Sc into the top of every stitch including the chains (96).
